Notes: The apartment is available for longer term winter lets from November to March and ‘last minute’ bookings at reduced rates are possible.
*Changeover Days In peak season changeover day is Saturday. However, other days may be possible, so please enquire.
How To Book Please complete and print out the
booking form with your signature and send along with the booking fee. The address of where to send the payment will be provided on booking.
Confirmation Of Your Reservation / Booking Fee 30 % Deposit at time of booking.
Balance Of Rental Cost The outstanding balance is required to be paid on arrival.
Smoking Policy Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Cancellation Policy Any cancellation must be made in writing by the signatory of the
Booking Form. If you cancel your holiday you will be liable to pay charges.
We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover such unforeseen circumstances and also to cover your own personal possessions. The owners will not accept liability for any damage or loss to guests’ possessions under any circumstances.
